Wellness & Creativity

Wellness is practiced rather than achieved. As a life’s work wellness is conscious, dynamic, and evolving, requiring deliberate effort and consistent practice. Wellness practices represent the active process of creating and maintaining well-being in body, mind, spirit, and community.

I am a wellness enthusiast doing the work. This blog is part of my wellness practice. It is a creative space with organic ebb and flow. Sometimes this is a teaching space. Sometimes this is a healing space. My opinions and suggestions are offered to inform and inspire wellness. Yoga instruction is offered to illuminate additional perspectives for yogis on and off the mat. Creative writing is shared simply as a joyous outlet and celebration of the craft of the written word.

By virtue of sharing life on this planet through the human condition we are all in this together. Our mental, spiritual, physical, and social well-being is collective as well as individual. As a practitioner of a multidimensional and holistic lifestyle I may be identified as a natural healer but be advised I am not a physician or medical professional. Content offered on this site is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider regarding a medical condition, including mental health conditions. If you are in crisis, please seek help immediately. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of something you read or interpret here.
