Wellness is practiced rather than achieved. As a life’s work wellness is conscious, dynamic, and evolving, requiring deliberate effort and consistent practice. Wellness practices represent the active process of creating and maintaining well-being in body, mind, spirit, and community.
I am a wellness enthusiast doing the work. This blog is part of my wellness practice. It is a creative space with organic ebb and flow. Sometimes this is a teaching space. Sometimes this is a healing space. My opinions and suggestions are offered to inform and inspire wellness. Yoga instruction is offered to illuminate additional perspectives for yogis on and off the mat. Creative writing is shared simply as a joyous outlet and celebration of the craft of the written word.
