Wellness is a practice, not an achievement. It is a conscious, dynamic, and evolving process of practicing wholeness. Wellness is work.

Wellness is an active process of making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. It is is the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind through deliberate effort and consistent practice.

Wellness  is a physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being. It is more than being free from illness, it is a multidimensional and holistic lifestyle which encompasses mind, body, spirit and community.

This is a practice space, a creative space, and sometimes a teaching space. No one heals alone. By virtue of sharing life on this planet through the human condition we are all in this together.
